The Building Surveyor Protection Works Determination

As part of the building permit process, the building surveyor may determine that your building works in Malvern are subject to protection works. This is done through issuing you a Form 6 determination.

The purpose of the protection works notice is to advise the adjoining owner that there is going to be works that may affect the boundary & formally give them a notice on how you will propose to protect their property. This is done by serving the protection works notice (Form 7 & 8).
