This home inspection report is customised for builders like yourself. The purpose is to have a building inspection of what is looked for by most customer-appointed building inspectors.

Internal Inspection Items

  • Check door edges are sealed
  • Check doors for bows and tightness are within tolerance
  • Check that door furniture is fully operational
  • Check seals have been correctly installed
  • Inspect fixtures & fittings for defects against Standard & Tolerance guide 2015
  • Inspect joinery for defects
